据蕉城区人民政府2022年12月发布的村情简介，全村下辖10个自然村，共131户513人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取意于此地多石墩，曾称石垱。[2]

1958年设生产大队，1984年改为村委会；其间一度设黄墩小公社。[2]
