彭溪村是吾祠乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境西南部，距乡政府约10公里。村名来自地理环境。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
早年彭姓人家在此定居，村子又临近小溪，故称「彭溪」。[1]
1934年设彭溪保，此后先后归属芦溪联保、芦溪乡，再划入新桥镇。1961年设吾祠公社，本村划归其下，称彭溪大队；1984年政社分开后称彭溪村，隶属吾祠乡。[1]
经济[edit]
村民的主要收入来自种植毛竹和茶叶。[1]
文化[edit]
2024年1月，彭溪村被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
