历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历：古时这一带统称“菅田”，后雅化为“官田”。1934年废里社设保甲，以白溪为界，本村处于溪西，因而称官西。[2]
1934年这里是官田联保下的一保，归第二区（永福）管辖，保名官西。1940年以后仍为官田乡的官西保，直至1949年前夕。1949年初仍属官田乡，之后才改属官田区（第四区）的官西乡。1956年撤区，并入永福区（第三区）。1957年撤区并乡，归永福督导片管辖。1958年，本地成为官田公社的官西大队；1984年体制改革后，改称官田乡官西村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
2010年漳平地貌所载，官西村海拔为475米。[5]
村中种有大片铁观音生态茶园，并有多家茶厂。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
镜华堂是本村的一处市级文物保护单位。[3]
排坑水库位于本村，1975年10月动工兴建，最大坝高26.5米。[4]
荣誉[edit]
2012年，本村获得省级生态村称号，并被评为漳平市文明单位。2026年1月，本村入选福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村名单。[1]
