文星村位于永福镇东北部，离镇驻地约10千米，村址在下浙溪两岸与丛山涧谷之间[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

相传古人在此坑谷开辟定居，因粮丰饭足取名“饭坑”；后人嫌此称庸俗，雅化为今名，民间口头仍用旧称[1]。明清时期此地属永福里留田社的饭坑乡[1]。

1934年称文星保，后并入永福镇。建国初为文星村，土改后设文星乡；1958年称文星大队，1961年析立文星公社，1964年复并入永福公社。1984年改称文星村，隶永福乡；1987年永福设镇后仍属其[1]。

经济[edit]

村内以单季水稻为主，产烟叶、茶叶；市、镇合办的文星一、二级水电站各一座也在村中[2]。

文化[edit]

村中设小学一所、教学点四个，并有幼儿园一所[2]。
