溪口村因地处两条溪流的汇合处而得名，位于双洋镇南部，距集镇约5公里，村内有五个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年，此地为中南城联保的一个保，其后归中南城乡管辖。1949年以后，这里先设溪口村，继而为溪口乡。[1]

1956年宁洋县撤销，此地并入漳平县，属双洋区溪口乡。1957年区制撤销，并入双洋督导片。1958年改属东风公社，称溪口大队；1961年隶双洋公社；1984年复称溪口村；1989年改镇，为双洋镇溪口村。[1]

经济[edit]

2024年6月，村被认定为「2024年漳平市一村一品专业村」（水仙茶）；同年11月，又被认定为「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」（水仙茶）。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，村获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
