源头村是福建省龙岩市武平县大禾镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东南部，与桃溪镇、永平乡交界。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子四面环山，生产和生活用水都依靠山泉，泉水在村口汇成小溪流出，故称源头。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放后的1949年至1951年间，此地为大禾区下的源头村；1952年至1957年改属武北区源头乡。公社化后设为大禾公社源头大队，1984年起成为大禾乡源头村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年1月、2023年1月和2021年1月，源头村先后被命名为2023年度、2022年度和2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
