江坑村位于桃溪镇西北部，离镇政府3公里，以前省道205线从村中穿过。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

地名来历：村地为峡谷地貌，形如一条流水的深坑，故称“江坑”。[1]

民国时期此地为江坑保，隶属桃溪区桃溪乡。公社化后，村子成立江坑大队，归桃溪公社管辖；1984年改为江坑村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年10月，村子被龙岩市农业农村局列为市级「一村一品」专业村，主打茶叶。2022年10月，获认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2022年12月，又被列为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」，产品为武平绿茶。[1]
