龙井村位于岩前镇下游一带，南面与十方镇、西北面与中赤乡接壤，东邻双坊村，县道与高速公路经过村境。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

相传此处山脉形如一条龙，呈南北走向，龙头低垂入水，即为龙潭；龙潭位于龙颈处，故称龙井（「井」与「颈」同音）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期设龙井保。新中国成立后，最初设龙井村，随后改为龙井乡，又改成龙井大队。1984年设龙井村委会，隶属岩前镇。[1]

自然环境[edit]

龙井溪流经村境，村内有龙潭水库，水资源充足，适宜水产养殖。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年1月，被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
