七里村位于官庄畲族乡最南端，距乡集镇约3.5公里，是以农业为主的少数民族村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，村名来自从官庄牛圩直下至村头的路程，两地相距七里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清初此地叫仁里村；民国时期分称视仁、七里两个保甲单位；1949年解放初改称七里村。[2] 1956年组成七里高级社，1958年公社化后归官庄公社的七里大队，1961年隶属官庄工委。[2] 1984年设官庄乡七里村民委员会，1988年改为官庄畲族乡七里村民委员会。[2]

村里有耕地981亩，新陂保灌面积260多亩，约占全村耕地的四分之一。[1]
