历史沿革[edit]
清代此地属平安里，民国时设秀坑保。解放初设农会分会，隶属才溪区通贤乡。[2]
1956年设高级社，公社化后归才溪公社的通贤管理区。1961年起改称通贤公社的秀坑大队，并延续至1965年。[2]
1968年改为革领组，1980年设管委会，1984年改为通贤乡下的村民委员会，2014年随乡改镇，改隶通贤镇。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村内辖三个自然村，分别为秀坑、排竹坑与井尾山头，共6个村民小组，村委会驻秀坑。[2][3]
革命史迹[edit]
土地革命时期，红军曾在村内设立省军区红军区院，并建兵工厂。全村有50余人参加红军，另有失散红军与「五老人员」32人。[1]
文化[edit]
- 2023年1月，以2022年度龙岩市平安村居的身份获得表彰。[1]
