大东村是福建省龙岩市上杭县通贤镇下辖的行政村，位于镇界一带，与南阳镇毗邻。[1]

村名由大溪背与东上两处各取一字而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代此地归太平里的上太平图管辖，民国时则在第四区太平乡之内。1956年设高级社，公社化后归才溪公社管辖。[2]

此后村属通贤公社下的一个大队，1968年改为革领组，1980年设大队管委会。[2]

1984年改为通贤乡下的村民委员委会，2014年随乡改镇，改隶通贤镇。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村内有十余个自然村，计13个村民小组，村委会驻虎形。自然村中较大的有马鞍山、牛形、李坑与土楼岗等。[2]

经济[edit]

村内现有耕地约980亩，山林约7431亩，其中生态公益林1200亩，另有茶油基地126亩、桉树460亩。[1]

文化[edit]

  • 2021年1月，以2020年度龙岩市平安村居的身份获得表彰。[1]
  • 2021年11月，获福建省爱卫办评定为2021年福建省卫生村。[1]
