日新村位于福建省龙岩市上杭县南阳镇北部，距镇政府约8公里，下辖5个自然村，其中黄腊坑为革命基点村。[1]

全村有356户、1608人，党员40名。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村名由来：1956年，井究坑、江屋、大坑里三个自然村合组高级社，因不宜以地名命名。[1]

全村耕地约910亩，林地9810亩，为博雅地名网所载，未注明年份。[1]

人口民族[edit]

全村356户、1608人，党员40名，为博雅地名网所载，未注明年份。[1]

经济[edit]

村财收入较少，主要靠林业招标提成和上级财政转移支付。留守村民主要种植金柑、生姜、小米椒和木薯，约600人外出务工。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时井究坑与黄腊坑并为一保，划入长汀县三平区。解放初，此地成立农会分会。[2]

1956年组成日新高级社，隶属黄罗乡。1958年1月划入上杭县，公社化后于同年10月设洋岩、日新两个大队，归南阳公社。[2]

1965年洋岩大队并入日新大队，称南阳公社日新大队；1984年后改为南阳乡的日新村民委员会。[2]

文化[edit]

2021年1月，日新村被命名为「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
