上洋村是福建省龙岩市上杭县古田镇下辖的村，位于古田会议会址东南约500米处，是古田镇东南片农产品的集散地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明洪武年间，张氏迁到草洋下居住；明末，赖氏从坪埔迁到上寨屋、上塘居住。两地后各取一字，称上洋。[3]

清代属古田里，1929年红四军入闽后建立苏维埃政权，属北五区。1953年归云田镇管辖，1956年组建上洋高级社。1959年与邻村合并，改称古田公社古田大队；1984年又划出，设古田乡上洋村民委员会，1986年改称古田镇上洋村民委员会。[2]

村辖草洋下、上寨屋、上塘三个自然村，共5个村民小组。[2]

博雅地名网所载本村荣誉有：2022年12月，被福建省爱国卫生运动委员会命名为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

成翅书院在村中，今为古田中心小学所在。古田会议旧址至协成店的道路穿村而过，形成红色旅游线路。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村中山林以竹木为主，耕地成片分布；农户多种反季节蔬菜，也有大棚蔬菜和高山茶。[1]
