村名取意吉祥之坑。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子的前身是1980年自新民大队划出的吉坑大队；1984年该大队转为吉坑村民委员会。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2017年8月，吉坑村列入「福建省第二批省级传统村落」名录。村里还曾在2020年度、2022年度和2023年度被命名为龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1][2]
