历史沿革[edit]

村名先称赤铜面，后改作赤土。[1]

1958年建立人民公社时，它成为赤土大队；1989年起，这里称赤土村民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域面积42平方千米，耕地以水稻、烤烟为主要作物。[2]

经济[edit]

2012年全村农民人均纯收入为7250元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2012年6月，赤土村被评为福建省级生态村。[2]

2020年12月，赤土村被认定为龙岩市第一批中级版绿盈乡村；2021年12月，又被确定为福建省第二批「高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。[2]

2022年12月，福建省绿化委员会将赤土村命名为「2022年福建省森林村庄」。[2]

2023年1月，赤土村被命名为龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」（2022年度）。[1]

2026年1月，赤土村被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」。[2]
