林田村是策武镇的行政村，位于镇西南，距集镇约2.5公里，全村下辖3个自然村，周围群山环绕，省道205线经过村内[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村民中姓林的占大多数，村名由此而来[1]。此地清代属林田湾，解放初期称林坑乡，文革期间改为林田大队，1984年改为林田村民委员会[1]。

2021年4月，村里获评「2020年度福建省乡村振兴实绩突出村」；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2026年1月，被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」[1]。
