汤屋村在四都镇西南部，距集镇约18公里。村名的来历，据博雅地名网，是以汤姓命名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

土地改革时属黄谢乡，高级社时属红楼公社，后随红楼并入四都公社，成立汤屋大队；1984年起称村民委员会。[1]

2015年10月，汤屋村被选入「福建省第一批省级传统村落」；2016年5月，经福建省人民政府认定，列为「第五批福建省历史文化名镇名村」；2016年12月，列入第四批中国传统村落名录；2019年1月，入选第七批中国历史文化名村。[1]

2021年1月、2023年1月，汤屋村先后被命名为2020年度、2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

「中共福建省委、省苏维埃政府机关驻地旧址凝春晖」为清代建造的砖木结构建筑，二落一进，房屋坐西南朝东北。1934年红军主力长征后，省委和省苏维埃机关迁往四都山区，1935年1月再迁至此；同年2月，瞿秋白、何叔衡途经这里并曾在此居住。该旧址2018年被公布为第九批省级文物保护单位。[2]
