历史沿革[edit]
解放前村属圭岭乡。解放后，因村落离其他自然村较远，设立坪埔大队；1984年改为村民委员会。[1]
2021年1月，坪埔村被命名为2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
经济[edit]
村庄上游有坪埔电站，下游有双溪电站。[2]
