罗坑村是福建省龙岩市永定区下辖的行政村，原属西溪乡，位于礼田村与富家村之间，距永定县城四公里。2026年西溪乡撤销并入凤城街道，本村随之划归凤城街道管辖。[1][2][3][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是罗姓最早在此居住，村的两侧都是山，中间有一条小溪，故以姓氏与地形取名罗坑。[5]

1949年前属金胜乡礼田保。1958年起归城关公社，称罗坑大队；1968年4月划入西溪农场，名为红卫大队；1984年4月起属西溪乡，村名定为罗坑村民委员会。[5]

1927年，闽西游击队曾在本村白楼下河堂设立兵工厂。[5]

2011年，罗坑村被永定县委授予「全县先进基层党组织」荣誉称号。2023年1月，获命名为2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，又获命名为2023年度同一称号。[6]

村中以种养殖为主，其中新塘出产的原生态草鱼是本村的特色产品。[5]
