高北村是福建省龙岩市永定区高头镇下辖的行政村，位于高头镇集镇范围之内，与古竹乡和南靖县梅龙镇毗邻，镇人民政府驻地设于此村。村内的高北土楼群属于福建土楼世界文化遗产，其中的承启楼有「土楼王」之称。[1][10][4][5]

地名由来[edit]

此地在1949年前称北山。高头一带是山区，三座山中居北的一座，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设大队，1962年分出高北大队。1984年建乡后，此村归古竹乡，设高北村民委员会。1998年，高头乡从古竹乡分出，村随之改属高头乡；2021年6月起改称高头镇高北村民委员会。[1][11]

文化[edit]

高北土楼群是福建土楼的世界文化遗产组成部分，2008年列入世界遗产名录；2013年经国务院公布，列为第七批全国重点文物保护单位。居住者以江姓族人为主。[4][7]

2014年11月，本村进入第三批中国传统村落之列。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以种植业为主，果茶产业较有优势，主要种植杨梅、永定红柿等水果。山上的金山果场与金丰春茶场适合发展生态旅游，与土楼旅游形成互补。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

承启楼位于村西北部。据族谱，此楼自明崇祯年间动工，清康熙四十八年（1709年）竣工。这是一座圆形土楼，由四圈同心环形建筑组成，外环四层，占地5376.17平方米。相传建造时外环土墙未受雨淋，因此又名「天助楼」。[5][6][3]

承启楼2001年获认定为第五批全国重点文物保护单位；2009年11月，它被定为福建省第七批省级文物保护单位。[5][6]

五云楼位于土楼群东侧，建于明隆庆年间（1567年至1572年），原为三层，清初由承启楼的建造者江集成购得后扩建为四层。[3]

世泽楼位于承启楼东侧，1565年（嘉靖四十四年）始建，1929年遭战火焚毁，1931年依旧样重建，为长方形土楼。[3][8]

侨福楼位于承启楼西侧，建于1962年，为圆形土楼。因楼中家族出过11位博士，俗称「博士楼」。[3][9]
