上山村位于洪山镇中部，至少有三分之一的居民住在集镇，在全镇各村中规模较大。[1]

村中由上塔、小墩、柘林三个自然村组成。旧时上塔保与迳市保合并为上三保，后改称上山村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后，此地划归永定第九区上田乡；1958年由上塔、小墩合并设上山大队，1984年称洪山乡上山村民委员会，2021年6月改为洪山镇上山村民委员会。[1]

2016年5月，福建省人民政府把上山村认定为第五批「福建省历史文化名镇名村」。[1]

2016年12月，上山村列入第四批「中国传统村落」名录；2019年1月，入选第七批「中国历史文化名村」。[1][2]

2021年11月，省爱卫办确定上山村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2025年7月，村获永定区确认为2025年区级「一村一品」专业村，产业是蜜柚。[1]
