长流村位于培丰镇东北部，处在孔夫、大排、东中三村交界的中心地带，距集镇约2千米。全村面积6.3平方千米。[1]

村名来自旧时的缺水：这一带常年缺水，人们希望有长流不断的水，便取名长流。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期这里属培丰乡，乡址就在村内下竹园一带，村中分东流、西流两个保。1949年定名长流村，1952年一度单设长流乡。[2]

1958年撤区后仍属培丰乡，并设长流管理区；1959年改属坎市公社。1961年分公社，此地归培丰公社，设长流大队；1963年又合入坎市公社。[2]

1966至1976年间村名改为红流大队，之后恢复为长流大队。1984年村里改称长流村委会，并划入坎市镇；1993年培丰设镇后由培丰镇管理。[2]

2019年12月，长流村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单。福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把长流村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

紫云山在本村境内，冬春时节山间多云雾，是博雅地名网所称永定四大名山之一。[1]
