五联村位于抚市镇的集镇范围之内，在老街一带，离镇政府约500米，城乡分类上属镇乡结合区。[1]

清代这里称老街村，居民住在街市周围。1949年后，几个自然村合并建立农会，取名「五联农会」，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

旧时此地是中丰乡的老街保。新中国成立后，几个自然村合办一个农会，名为「五联农会」，归抚市乡所辖。公社化之后划入抚市管理区；1965年改设五联大队，1984年成立五联村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年1月，本村获得「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]
