富园社区位于高陂镇镇中心区，是一处移民安置社区，名称寄寓富贵、如意的家园之意[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1999年11月，因棉花滩水电站建设，洪山乡一带的外迁移民513户、2065人迁到此处安置。2000年间，这些移民合并组成富园社区居民委员会，并沿用至今[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办将富园社区命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」[1]。
