古洋 Guyang

下洋镇位于福建省龙岩市永定区东南部，处于金丰溪下游，与广东省大埔县相靠，镇政府设于下洋村。^[1]^[2]

镇域面积，博雅地名网记为178.9平方千米；百度百科在其2017年的数据中记为20781公顷。2000年的统计为9097户、36068人，2017年常住人口为27391人。^[1]^[3]

镇名的来历：据传明末清初此地先在古洋、下圩等处开居，集市几经迁移，最后定于新圩；新圩位于古洋下方，洋面宽阔，市场兴盛，因此称为下洋。^[5]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代，这里隶属金丰里。民国时划为第五区与第三区，地方上又称蛟洋镇和下洋乡。^[4]

1949年后先设第二区，即下洋区；1957年复设下洋乡，此后的公社时期先名下洋人民公社，其后改称火箭人民公社。1984年5月，这里改设下洋乡，辖18个村委会。^[4]

1987年6月撤乡建镇，撤乡时下溪村析为下坪、三联两村，全镇辖20个村委会。^[4]

地理环境[edit]

镇境位于金丰溪流域，水力资源颇丰，蕴藏量在3万千瓦以上。2000年时，沿江、百丈、汤子阁等处的水电企业合计装机1.9万千瓦，约占全县小水电装机的37%。^[3]

省道福三线穿过全镇，双永高速公路与203省道也经过本镇。^[3]^[2]

人口与侨乡[edit]

下洋是福建省的侨乡。胡文虎、胡子春、胡仙、胡赐道与吴伯雄等人的祖籍均在下洋镇。^[3]

镇内的侨育中学被列为省重点侨校，另有侨钦中学、天德中学和中心小学，还有下洋华侨医院。^[3]^[2]

本地特产以红柿与美蕉为人所知，另有菜干、万应茶、六月红早熟芋和巴戟天。^[5]

民俗文化方面，有以土楼为依托的客家传统，其中包括土楼营造的技艺、采善堂的万应茶制作法、土楼楹联，以及龙岩山歌。^[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

初溪土楼群位于初溪村，全群由五座圆楼与数十座方楼构成。1999年2月，永定县将其列为县级文物保护单位；2008年随福建土楼列入世界文化遗产名录；2009年被列为福建省第七批省级文物保护单位。^[7]

集庆楼位于初溪村北面的半山腰，建于明永乐年间，占地2826平方米，楼内有72部楼梯，每户一梯。2005年5月，福建省人民政府公布其为福建省文物保护单位。^[8]

中川胡氏家庙又名安定堂，位于中川村，始建于明万历十二年（1584年），占地4847平方米；2009年列为福建省文物保护单位。^[9]

位于中川村的虎豹别墅为胡文虎兄弟所建，建成于1946年；1991年由福建省列为省级文保单位。^[6]^[2]

胡子春（1860—1921），中川村人，十三岁随乡人赴马来亚谋生，后在当地经营锡矿。^[5]

胡兆祥（1901—1975），中川村人，毕业于上海政法大学，曾任福建省东山县与华安县县长。^[5]

陈正（1905—1931），革命烈士，下洋乡古洋村人。^[5]
