营头村是白沙镇的一个行政村。村子坐落在一处石岩之上，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初属沙河区，1957年归白沙乡，1958年成为所在大队的一部分。1989年设白沙乡营头村委会；1995年12月起改设白沙镇营头村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，本村被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
