洋潭村位于东肖街道北部，与曹溪街道西洋村毗邻，距龙岩城区约4千米。[1]村名取田洋、曲潭两地名各一字而定。[1]2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，阿里研究院等机构公布的「淘宝村」名单均列有洋潭村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期此地归东安乡与白土镇。解放后曾隶属东红区、东肖区和附城区；1957年撤区并乡，村子划入东肖乡。1958年东肖公社接管此地，1960年转由城郊公社管辖，1961年又归东肖公社。1984年改设洋潭村委会，隶属东肖镇。[1]
