下洋村是福建省南平市建瓯市玉山镇下辖的行政村，属平原村，位于镇的北部，距镇约3公里。村域东面与洋后村相接，南面连着玉山村和长布村，西面与小桥镇为邻。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年，此地归小桥二区的玉山乡管辖。1952年改入玉山七区，称恰洋乡；1958年属小桥公社，为恰洋大队；1984年定为今名。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄评定名单中列有下洋村，属2021年度名单。[1]
