三门村是建瓯市通济街道下辖的行政村，位于建瓯市区南郊约4公里处。村名源于原有的三个自然村各建一座城堡，进村须经三座城堡。[1][2]

沿革[edit]

1985年前，此地为三门大队，前身为三门片，隶属进忠大队。1970年与进忠大队分开，单独设立三门大队，大队部设于下三门庙。1985年城关公社解体，改设芝城镇；1996年改为通济街道下辖，三门大队随之改称三门村。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

横南铁路、303省道和环城南路贯穿全村，三门大桥与水西新区相连。辖区总面积10478亩，其中山地9793亩，耕地685亩。[1][2]

村内有三门水库和山根水库，村庄紧依建溪河畔。[2]

2012年，全村共有人口1081人，311户。[1]
