上坪村是福建省南平市邵武市水北镇下辖的山区行政村，距邵武市区约15公里，属革命老区基点村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村址位于山岭顶部，地形相对平缓，村名因此而定。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年这里是清坪乡，1956年划归杨岭乡。1958年先设高阳大队，到1976年，驻地迁往上坪并改名上坪大队。[1]

1984年改为村民委员会，村名沿用至今。[1]
