凤头村位于政和县西北部，在奖山东麓，距县城关40公里，是东平镇辖的行政村，也是闽北革命老区的基点村之一。[1][2]

地名来历[edit]

村子由池姓人家建立，旧名凤池。后因村后的山形如凤头，村名改为凤头。[1][2]

革命旧址[edit]

中共政和第一支部旧址是省级重点文物保护单位。1928年，杨则仕受派秘密返回家乡凤头，在此开展活动，办起读书会，吸收积极分子入党；1929年，他在村中杨氏祠堂主持会议，成立中共政和支部。[3]

陈贵芳故居位于村中央巷，始建于1933年，被公布为县级文物保护单位。[1][4][5]

政和县农协会代表大会旧址在村内，建于1928年，属县级文物保护单位；陈氏烈士陵园位于下凤林山，建于1954年，同为县级文物保护单位。[1][7]

自然环境[edit]

村中有一片百亩楠木林，林中的楠木树龄都在60年以上，另有一百多只白鹭常年栖息于林间。[6]

荣誉[edit]

福建省第一批省级传统村落名单中有凤头村，时间为2015年10月；2019年6月，它被收入「第五批中国传统村落」名录。[1]

第一批「国家森林乡村」名单公布于2019年12月，凤头村名列其中；2023年12月，它被认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，产业为茶叶。[1]
