源头村是福建省南平市松溪县渭田镇下辖的行政村，位于县境东部，距县城约15公里。[1]

地名与历史沿革[edit]

村名取自所在位置：村子处在吴村溪水系的发源地，故称源头。[1]

宋代起，村地便属东平乡永和里的二十三都。1935年设立源头保，1949年撤销；1952年改设源桐乡，归第六区（驻潘墩）管辖。1961年析出一部分，成立源头大队。1984年10月，乡制重设，大队改称行政村。[1]
