上云村位于浦城县西北部，属古楼乡管辖。村驻地旧称上山洋，解放后改称上云，村中约85%的村民姓蒋。全村总面积1.6平方千米，下辖4个自然村。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名的由来有两种说法。一说与传说有关：据博雅地名网所载，老虎在衣洋群峰之上驱赶一群山羊，三只羊逃进岩石之下，化作三座小山，后人因山羊之名称此地为上山洋。另一说则认为驻地上山洋原名云丰，各取一字而成上云。解放后村名改为上云。[1][2]

村落建于明朝末年，距今约四百年。此地在民国时隶属古楼乡；解放初年划归县第六区，此后又经永兴公社、古楼公社的变动，1984年定为古楼乡上云村村民委员会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村落位于县城西北，海拔896米。村前一座土山墩名为高殿坪，形如屏风，挡住了村落的视线。村周围多古松柏，村前另有一口约30×30平方米的池塘，据传是始祖建宅时所设计，一年四季水位稳定。[1]

村中大多数人家姓蒋，村中心建有蒋氏家祠，供奉历代先祖灵位。据村概况，蒋氏入居浦城已有706年。[1]
