樟溪村位于仙阳镇东南端，村部海拔250米，是全镇地势最低的村，距县城7公里[1][2]。村名取自所属的上樟、下樟和溪头三村的村名各一字[1]。村子于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

民国时隶属仙阳镇，此后数次改隶仙阳乡、仙阳区和太平乡；1958年为太平大队，隶属仙阳公社，1960年析出樟溪大队，1984年改为现名[1]。

文化[edit]

一说，清代康熙年间有一位高僧在渡堂亭建庙，庙前溪边种下一株樟树，后长成全村最大的大樟树，村因此得名。溪中的深潭被称为樟谭，附近的自然村也由此得名[2]。

骑龙寺在樟溪村与官田村祖村自然村交界的樟树岭山背，清雍正年间建于山脊之上，因山形如龙而得名。寺庙在“文革”期间遭到破坏，1988年冬重建，现为县宗教局批准开放的宗教场所[2]。
