石陂村是石陂镇下辖的行政村，镇人民政府驻地在村内的新街。[2][3]村名最初写作石坡：唐朝末年此地还是一片河滩，居民靠砌石堤挡水才得以聚居，村委会如今设在石陂。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年改属石陂镇。此前的1958年，它归石陂公社，称石陂大队；1956年划入石陂区石陂镇，1950年属第四区；民国时期隶属石陂乡。[1]

村域疆域面积8181.7亩，山地占3364.6亩，森林覆盖率为72.3%。全村下辖六个自然村，分为四个村民小组。[1]
