城西村是福建省南平市顺昌县双溪街道下辖的行政村，位于城区西部，因地处县城关西部而得名。村辖9个村民小组，全村543户、1831人，村域内有合掌岩。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1974年，城关大队分出城西大队，与城东大队并立。1984年城西大队改为城西村村民委员会，隶双溪镇。2006年5月，水南与双溪两镇合为双溪街道，村随之归入。[1][2]

土地与产业[edit]

全村土地面积12303亩，其中耕地1147亩，林业用地11156亩。村中从事第二、第三产业的劳动力占60%，这一转变始于改革开放以后。[2]

名胜[edit]

合掌岩位于城西村西大垄，山中有西安寺与石窟，是街道内的景点之一。[3][4]
