乡北部的上洋村地势偏僻，距建阳市区约40公里，距乡政府约7公里，属崇雒乡管辖的行政村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地在宋代以前的沿革无从考证。南宋景定元年（1260年）时隶属洛田里。清代洛田里分为雒田上、下里，上洋归入雒田上里。民国十七年（1928年）改属崇雒乡；1952年设乡，隶属建阳七区彭墩；1956年又回归崇雒乡；1958年底设为大队，归将口公社；1961年划入崇雒公社；1984年改为上洋村委员会。[1]

人口民族[edit]

2011年末，村内有220户、828人。全村面积14042亩，山地约12000亩，耕地2042亩。[1][2]

村辖四个自然村，分别为上洋、下洋、下春、官布，另设5个村民小组。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村中以种植水稻、莲子和烟叶为主。[2]
