曾厝村位于316国道旁，距太平镇政府所在地8公里，村辖2个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村委会设在曾厝，曾姓最早在此定居，村名由此而来，据《1993年南平市志·地名志》。[1]

曾厝一带1958年时为曾厝大队，1961年划入杨曾公社，1963年杨曾公社并回太平公社。1984年起设曾厝村村民委员会，1992年太平乡升格为太平镇。[2]

经济[edit]

村内以养猪业为主，林业与加工企业为辅，并逐步向种植业发展。[3]

文化[edit]

近年的认定有：2020年12月入选2020年度福建省「一村一品」示范村名单（食用菌）；2021年12月认定为2021年度南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄；2022年10月由福建省农业农村厅认定为第二批「福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2023年2月入选福建省第三批高级版「绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
