罗坑村位于延平城区东南，距夏道镇集镇约13公里，东邻炉下镇，南邻塔前镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村辖中洋一个自然村，距316国道约4公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村委会驻罗坑，原称赖坑，后因地势平坦而得名罗坑。[2]

明清时属云盖里。1934年归第一区鸠洋乡，1941年设为鸠洋乡下的罗坑保；解放后至1957年间隶属第四区的洋罗乡；1958年划入东方红（夏道）公社；1984年回归夏道镇。[3]

2020年11月，村庄上榜「2020年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」名单。[1]
