上洋村位于南平市西郊，距市中心五公里。村址在溪源坑一片开阔地的上方，村名由此而来。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村内多山地，森林覆盖面积大，溪流纵横，瀑布较多，属武夷山脉向东南延伸的中山和低山地区。村域属中亚热带湿润季风气候，年降水量为1669毫米。[2]

人口民族[edit]

村由八个自然村组成，其中包括下洋、大雪坪、西浴、西坑、上村、下村、大横坑和上洋。截至2013年，村中共615户、1968人。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时属剑津里，1941年则属进贤乡的溪源保。1950年至1956年设上洋乡，隶属第一区。1957年划归郊区办事处。1958年改设红旗公社，次年又改为东坑公社下辖的上洋大队。1965年一部分地方析出，改称上游大队；1983年又归东坑公社管辖，名称恢复为上洋大队。1984年改为村委会。东坑乡撤销后，村归四鹤街道管辖。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

溪源峡谷位于上洋村，为国家4A级旅游景区，在茫荡山国家级自然保护区的核心景区内。[3]

村内还有清代的上洋溪源庵，以及明代的上洋溪源峡谷石刻，二者都见于2012年延平区政府公布的文物名录。[4]
