上田村是福建省漳州市华安县湖林乡下辖的行政村，位于乡的东北部，距县城30公里，距乡政府约13公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1943年，上田属珍山乡管辖。1958年沿用片村名称设上田大队，1984年改称上田村委会。[1]
