彭溪村是福建省漳州市平和县崎岭乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境东部，是山高水冷的山区老区村，白芽奇兰茶的主要产地之一。据博雅地名网载，全村共668户、总人口2798人（未注年份），下设7个自然村，村民小组有17个。[1][4]
地名由来[edit]
相传几百年前，此地为彭氏开基，村前有一条溪流，故名彭溪。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
1945年，此地是崎岭乡彭溪保的辖区；1950年划入第六区，设彭溪乡；1951年归入新建第十区。1958年公社化后设为彭溪大队，1984年改组为彭溪村委会。[2]
茶产业[edit]
村子地处大芹山麓丘陵，是平和白芽奇兰茶的发源地，现存树龄超过250年的母树。[4]
2020年，「彭溪牌」白芽奇兰获世界地理标志博览会金奖。[5]
漳州市农业农村局于2020年1月把彭溪村列为「漳州市2019年度市级一村一品示范村」（白芽奇兰）；福建省农业农村厅在2022年12月将该村定为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」（白芽奇兰茶）。[1]
