连城村是芦溪镇下辖的行政村，下辖3个自然村。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村落四周群山环绕，形如小城，故名连城。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代称小连城，归芦溪约管辖。1945年并入芦溪乡连益保，1950年划为第七区连益乡，1958年曾称连益大队，1961年另分出一支，取名连城大队，1984年改设连城村委会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，连城村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2025年10月，连城村获评漳州市「一村一品」专业村，产品为毛竹，该称号为2025年度市级。[2]
