溪边村位于南靖县山城镇境内，村落靠近船场溪与象溪，故名溪边。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村民多沿象溪、船场溪两岸建屋。此地解放前归山城区浮山乡的后张保，解放后划入山城一区。1958年公社化时，溪仔边乡改为溪边大队，1984年起才称溪边村民委员会。[1]

文化[edit]

中央文明委于2017年11月授予溪边村「第五届全国文明村镇」称号。[1]

经济[edit]

2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，阿里研究院先后把溪边村收入淘宝村名单。2023年9月，溪边村获认定为「2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，主产金线莲。[1]
