上埔社区在大南坂镇，属镇乡结合区，是镇里的一个居民社区[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历：这里是漳浦县内商姓的主要聚居处，史称“孤商独苑”；“商”与“上”闽南语读音相近，因此称上埔[1]。
宋朝至清朝，这里属县内的坊；1911年至1940年为中区商树埔社，1952年至1956年为第一商树埔乡。1958年至1961年归城关公社，称上埔大队；1961年划为大南坂上埔作业区。1999年提出行政村的申报，2011年才挂牌成立，2019年7月起改为社区[1]。
上埔社区于2025年11月被认定为「2025年漳州市乡村振兴实绩突出村」[1]。
