上埔村是陆丰市潭西镇的行政村，傍324国道，分7个村民小组，据博雅地名网总人口8700人，距市区8千米，距镇政府5千米。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村原属上东乡，公社化时为上东大队，1963年划入河西公社，3年后改隶潭西公社。1983年脱离上东大队，立上埔乡；1987年起设村委会，1994年用过管理区之名，1999年改回村委会。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村在沙质平地上，水田种水稻、花生和红薯。[1]
2020年12月，获「2020年广东省卫生村」称号；2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
