历史沿革[edit]
清乾隆年间这里为霞潭保；清末至民国初年设楼脚保。民国29年属北岭乡，民国33年并入绥安镇。新中国成立初期合并属第一区（城关区）下辖的乡。[2]
1952年改属石榴区霞潭乡，1958年9月设城关公社楼脚大队。1984年9月改为城关乡楼脚村，1988年5月并入绥安镇，成为绥安镇的楼脚村。村下有楼脚、山顶、树林尾三社，分设9个村民小组。[2]
