城西社区是漳浦县绥安镇下辖的社区，属镇中心区，位于县城西部。社区名取自它处于县城西部，是县城与农村的交接地带。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1993年4月，因区域划分，这里成立城西居委会。之后改为城西社区，隶属绥安镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

城西社区于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生社区」。2021年8月，城西社区被列为「2021年全国示范性老年友好型社区」，列名者为国家卫生健康委老龄司。[1]
