三星村是福建省漳州市云霄县下河乡下辖的行政村，位于乡内最偏僻的地方，处于云霄、诏安、平和三县交界处，距县城30多公里。村名因下辖三个自然村分布在高山的三个角落而得。[1]

村由三个自然村组成，分布在高山上的三个角落，状如三星鼎立，故名三星。[1]

建国初此地隶平和县，1957年改属云霄县。1958年组建生产队，隶跃进公社；1966年改属下河公社；1984年公社改乡，大队改称三星村委会。[1]
