上苑村是福建省漳州市龙海区榜山镇下辖的行政村，位于文苑村的上部，村名即取其方位。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，该地属龙溪县文山乡。1952年划为龙溪县第二区的一个乡的辖地；1959年归榜山公社，1961年由原大队析出，另立大队。1984年起隶属榜山乡，村名定为上苑村；1992年撤乡建镇，1993年归龙海市榜山镇，设村委会至今。[1]
